Djembe workshop
What is it about?
Fun and engaging group activities. Inside the drums workshop, the team becomes one of the big “bells” and learns to feel the rhythm of themselves and their companions. The basics of Djembe are simple and the activity is suitable for all age groups!
How does it work?
Each participant in the drum ring will receive an African drum. Let’s get acquainted with the drum and start testing the beats. From there we move on to learning the rhythms of Djembe. At the end of the drum workshop, we are a united ensemble that entertains with various songs.
There are no prerequisites for participating in the workshop – everyone can do it and a memorable time spent together is guaranteed.
How long does the workshop last?
The duration of the workshop is from half an hour to an hour, depending on the schedule of your event.
How many people can participate in the workshop?
I have 40 Djembe drums in stock at all times. It is possible to rent additional drums, so up to 80 people can play at a time. At the same time, it is also possible to divide the group into groups and perform several different drum circles.
The Djembe workshop has also been commissioned for 500 people at a time – in this case, we have been creative and have used shahs and body instruments, and the largest rhythm ensemble in history was born.
If I started playing Djembe, what to do next?
It is also possible to come to me for drum lessons – alone, in pairs or with company. From time to time I also organize public Djembe tours, where I look forward to seeing everyone. You can get the most information about it on my Facebook.
In addition, all the Djembed used in the drum ring are also for sale – so many participants have not tried to return the drum after the workshop and have purchased it.
